Airsal 80cc "Racing" cylinder kit. Nikasil coated aluminum cylinder with bridged exhaust port and 1-segment piston (d = 50 mm).
For Minarelli AM6 engine.
With a lot of power and a lot of torque, this 80cc cylinder kit definitely falls into the Mid Race category. We recommend pairing it with a reinforced crankshaft (mid-range), a minimum 17.5mm carburetor and a sports exhaust that favors medium to high rpms (Yasuni R2 / Cross HM, MK SP, MVT Carrera, handmade SCR, reverse NON-E, etc.)
With the right setup and a few tweaks (carburetion and squish) you can get between 13 and 15hp with this cylinder kit.
