CYLINDER KIT BIDALOT RACING RF96-WR DERBI EURO3

We are pleased to present our new High Engine Racing Factory - WR, for DERBI Euro 3 engine, in 96cm3 version. Combined with our 48.0mm stroke crankshaft, the exact displacement is 96.13cm3.

This set, developed by our racing department, was specially designed for racing competitions... However, other uses are possible, as Team BIDALOT Expresso managed to obtain 2 World Speed Records, in the salt lake of Bonneville, in August 2016, using this 96cc version!

We defined all new transfer and exhaust cores, adapted to the new Ø50.5 mm hole. These cores are set to deliver very high performance at high speeds, without, however, penalizing torque and power at medium speeds.

Fully modeled in 3D CAD, the cylinder sees its water chamber surround all the transfer and exhaust cores, with constant thicknesses, which can guarantee great dimensional stability of the cylinder, due to optimized cooling.

The cylinder head, cut in the mass of type 7075 aviation aluminum, is self-centering in the cylinder. The pin fits 1.5 mm into the hole on this 96 cm3 version.

The cylinder head cover is also fully machined (CNC) on state-of-the-art numerical control machines. It is anodized in black and is marked with the BIDALOT Racing Factory logo. It should be noted that the cover has an M10x1.00 threaded hole, allowing the connection of a temperature probe. A sealing plug is supplied as standard, in the absence of this probe.

The fixing of the specific exhaust flange, supplied with the new Racing factory exhausts, is ensured by 4 screws. However, it is possible to mount a 2-hole clamping flange, center distance 50 mm.
